Changes to advice offered at Citizens Advice Woking from April 2024
Woking Borough Council have withdrawn our core funding of £189,000. This means we can offer less advice and help.
We will continue to advise in depth on our core advice areas:
- Benefits
- Debt
- Housing
- Immigration
We will continue to advise in depth on Employment, but only where staffing permits. Similarly, on Family and Relationship issues where the client is a victim of domestic abuse we will offer as much help as we can.
However, we will only provide initial information on the following advice areas, after which we will signpost to other organisations where possible.
- Consumer
- Family
- Law & Courts
- Health

If you are only contacting us for a food voucher, please:
